The location of this place is absolutely amazing, with great proximity to restaurants and a beautiful castle, and it's easy to get to; the staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel was a cosy base for enjoying a very green area, next to the city center, valley and the mountains. The location was wonderful and the staff members were amicable. Had some takeaway meals at Eat, set very close to the venue, I couldn't resist🙂

The hotel was relaxing, with incredible location near castle. The rooms were exceptional and fairly quiet, had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. The fact that it overlooked mountain.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect and lovely near the castle. It was just next door to the Gothic mountains. the room was nicely furnished when upgraded, with a balcony overlooking the hillside. Lovely views plus a terrific view.

The breakfast spread here is loaded with delicious treats. the staff are super friendly and really make the place enjoyable! 😊.

The staff was very helpful, and the wi-fi was good. the food selection was great and the location was stunning, close to the gothic mountains, Gondola, and Schloss Bruck, with a beautiful view of the valley.

The hotel's setting is truly stunning with breathtaking views of the mountainous scenery and the town below. Rooms are well-furnished with spacious balconies and clean bathrooms. the staff is friendly and accommodating, serving great breakfasts in the beautiful dining area. the location is peaceful, surrounded by nature and several hiking trails.

The Wi-Fi is unreliable and slow, making it difficult to stay connected.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff were friendly and accommodating, even being attentive of our special diet requirements. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch and the hotel facilities were lovely - especially the cute little playground and petting zoo for the kids. The hotel was also located in a prime location, near to mountain roads for motorcycling and with a beautiful view of the valley. The breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our city break. We were able to enjoy stunning views of the surrounding area, and the fresh air was a welcome change from the city. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the breakfast, which offered a great selection of delicious food.

Our room was a little bit warm and we didn't have a way to block out the light from the balcony door. the price for dinner didn't quite match the quality.
